From CAD Design to Near Completion

The project presented an initial challenge regarding the piling details. There was a significant 2-meter drop from the neighbouring property, which had undergone extensive renovations in the past.

Following several on-site meetings with specialists, we determined that the garden wall’s side required specific piling to prevent the orangery from encroaching into the adjacent garden. The project encompassed substructure work, mass concrete foundations, demolition, enabling works, and the establishment of foundations. Vale Garden Houses was engaged as a specialist to construct the orangry.

The second phase of the project involved the creation of both soft and hard landscaping by our experts, which included the main patio, terrace, a secluded lounge area, and a fire pit, enhancing this exquisite residence.

As we anticipate the arrival of warmer days, our clients are excited about their light-filled space for the upcoming summer season of 2025.
